The Connecticut Journal of International Law invites the submission of articles and book reviews on international and comparative law topics. Articles explore developments in international law, analyze and compare foreign law, and examine the extraterritorial effects of domestic law and policy. Examples of topics the Journal accepts include: environmental and climate law, human rights law, corporate law, trade law, intellectual property law, national defense law, and more.
The Journal publishes in English, but accepts and encourages articles that draw upon foreign language sources.
Citations should conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law Review Association.
CJIL strongly prefers that articles be submitted online via Scholastica.
